Due to various cowboy builders letting our client down we were called in to correct major mistakes and complete the renovation to a grand building comprising of three flats, all housing many unique and rare period features.

See one of our residential projects below where we were asked to create two contemporary spaces at a clients home. Both the new kitchen and bathroom share the same design aesthetic of clean lines and solid craftsmanship.

Whilst renovating a duplex apartment in the interior of this 17th Century building, we uncovered a vast amount of original features - in the end our relatively simple renovation project transformed itself into a huge restoration. After repairing rotten beams and structural wood work - exposed oak became a key feature. The final outcome results in contemporary fixtures and fittings alongside a period aesthetic.

The popular cocktail bar and restaurant came to EMT for a full renovation of their St. Paul's Square premises. We assisted throughout the design process with our experienced team creating a contemporary interior and exterior suitable for both day and night. The aged deep burgundy walls and mahogany wood have been replaced with a contemporary tonal palette of greys, coppers and stained woods; custom light fittings help to finish the space and offer a relaxing atmosphere that works well at all times of the day.

The team at the go-to lunchtime bar and restaurant came to us, not only for an interior renovation but also for help in setting them apart from the competition. As well modernising the bar and dining areas we also created micro-brewing rooms to enable Edmunds to stand out from the crowd.

After a modern finish with period styling we opted for a classic reading-room green in the main dining area to accompany the new dark wood flooring and custom-made bar top. The newly exposed painted brick walls and custom lighting help to easily divide the bar and dining areas; whilst the snug, deep burgundy private dining room, complete with custom-made bookshelf helps to offer visitors a wide variety of spaces to enjoy the on-site brewed ales.

Not only did we renovate the entire bar and restaurant area, we also created the new Brew Rooms at Edmunds.

The team needed a safe and clean area to brew their signature ales on site, we helped them to realise their vision in one of the spaces below the restaurant and even fitted their new state of the art brewing equipment.

A multi-use work space

Content & creative agency RileyRaven came to us for some help with their new office space. In need of cosmetic renovation and the ability to make use of the office for a variety purposes, we helped to create a dynamic and contemporary work space fit for purpose.

The single unit space now makes use of multiple work stations, client seating area, changing facilities, photographic studio space and kitchen facilities. As well as advising on how the layout of the space should be organised and decorating the space; we also created a custom lighting design to clearly differentiate between the different work zones.
